Order Cancellation & Refund
● We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of confirmation to receive a 70% refund of the total amount paid.
● If you request a cancellation after 24 hours, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund, as the crafting process for your personalized piece will have already started.

Warranty & Quality Assurance
● We stand by the quality of every item we make. Each piece comes with a warranty period (based on material), during which we will repair or replace any technical defect at no extra cost.
● Since our pieces go through careful quality checks and are covered by warranty, refunds due to quality issues are not applicable.
